- 1 cup Mirin
- 1 cup Sake
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 good sized ginger root

In a small saucepan, add all ingredients and simmer over medium heat until the sauce has reduced to about half.
Remove the ginger root before serving. Sauce should be thick, sweet and yummy.
This is the best sauce I have ever had . . . m - m - m . . .
Cook Time: 25 minutes (approx.)
Yield: 2 squeeze bottles
