Barbecued Chicken Pakistani

  • 6 chicken thighs & legs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup melted butter


Using your fingers and a sharp knife, remove the skin from the chicken pieces and discard it. Sprinkle the chicken evenly with the salt, chili powder and lemon juice. Let stand for at least 30 minutes. Broil over medium coals until tender but still moist - about 20 minutes total time. Baste occasionally with the melted butter and turn all pieces after the first 10 minutes.
