Juanita's Cream Sherry Poppy Seed
Bundt Cake

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 4 tbsp. of whole poppy seeds
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1-1/4 cups of cream sherry wine
  • 2 tbsp. powdered sugar


Grease and flour bundt pan. Mix all ingredients well and pour into bundt pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly before turning onto plate. Continue to cool. When completely cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Temp: 350°
Bake Time: 35-40 min.
